1. Which was my best day, nutritionally? Just click on the Search My Plans button and Wagmu sorts all my food plans. Or click Search All, and Wagmu will search public plans as well.

Click the Search My Plans button to find plans sorted by % nutrition.

You will then see the results of your search, where the plans are sorted by nutrition.

You can browse plans with the Next and Previous buttons. You can also sort plans by Cost or Taste Rating, as revealed in the dropdown. For example, if you click on Taste Rating, Wagmu sorts food plans by how many pumpkins each plan scored. Click on the number for whatever plan you like, and that plan will be loaded so you can adjust it further if you wish.

This plan gives me 97% of my nutrients. The food plan is a light gray, because it is in the past.

Click the Nutrition button to sort by % nutrition.

I liked the plan above, so I gave it a 4-pumpkin rating.

2. Since this looks like a pretty good plan, I'll copy it to tomorrow, then adjust it further. Just click Copy this plan to another day, then select the date to receive the copy. Here, I'm copying to 30 July.

3. The Message Panel at the top reassures me that the food plan has been copied to 30 July.

The Message Panel says that the food plan has been copied to 26 May.

4. Wagmu automatically takes you to the day to which you have copied the plan, so you can revise it.

I took out the cake by setting the quantity to 0. (If I refresh the screen, the cake row will disappear.) Removing the cake reduced my energy without affecting other nutrients very much. Much healthier! The food plan is a light yellow, because it it in the future.
